About the enquiry speed
We rely on mobile network providers to deliver the request to us and then the response back to the customer, so the response time can vary out of our control if their systems are overloaded or there is very weak signal strength at the recipient's location. With that said, typically the response time is only 20 seconds!

With the added advantage (over a telephone call, pen and paper) being that the features and contact details are stored perfectly in their phone memory for later review and action.

About the sign banners
Our self-adhesive banners are 600mm * 100mm. The color is red writing on a white background. They are made of a durable and waterproof vinyl material. The sign code is written on with a permanent marker.

You may order these banners in lots of 20 or more, we charge $4.40 (inc GST) each, postage is included. Alternatively, we are more than happy to provide at no charge, the artwork on CD for you have incorporated directly into your sign board graphics at the point of manufacture.

About our service number (04 1711 1711)
The number is a regular mobile phone number on the Telstra network. (ie. this is not a premium rate number so there will be no surprises on your customers bill)

About the sign codes
The sign codes consist of 5 letters. You may nominate the first 2 letters, the rest are randomly selected. All codes used in your agency are reserved for your exclusive use for the life of your membership. They can be reused for new listings over and over again.

About setting up property listings
Setting up is quick and easy thanks to our listing wizard that generates listing text that is acceptable for use in the majority of cases. Although if you wish to customize the listing you can always override the text in the listing editor. Listings can be up to 160 characters long.

About listing rental properties
Yes you may use the service to list rental properties. In addition to the normal features of the property you can include the unit number, floor level, weekly/monthly rental, bond, minimum lease term, availability date, allowable pets, etc...

What about my major franchise?
We have not yet heard of a major franchise restricting an agent from including the service advertisement on the sign board. We service agents in the following major franchise. LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne, Century 21, Ray White, Elders, Stockdale & Leggo, Barry Plant Doherty, Professionals, First National, PRD Nationwide, Wilson Pride.

About using our service for other purposes
Yes our service is capable of listing almost anything (eg. information services, voting systems, competitions, asset information, etc..) and we do allow alternative usage on a case by case basis. Our standard terms and conditions prohibit listing anything but real estate, so you will need to contact us to arrage a suitable offer and registration form. We will not accept any usage that would adversly affect our real estate members or bring the service into disrepute.

About customizing our technology
We have designed and developed the service technology in-house, so we are able to customize it for you in any way imaginable. We can run the service on your own exclusive mobile phone number or premium rate number. Our sign codes are totally flexible (ie. numbers, symbols, any length, random, non-random, etc..). We can allow secure programmatic access to accounts via Microsoft .NET Web Services for linking to backend systems, etc..
